From the start of their wedding planning, this Atlanta couple had their families in mind. While a destination wedding in another state might not be the easiest thing to organize, they decided to take a leap of faith with their vendors in order to make it easier for their South Carolina family members to attend their big day.
Remembers photographer Mallori Ma, "You could tell from the very beginning how important it was to have their day surrounded by those they loved." Thanks to their event location, they were able to have all of their friends and family by their side as they said "I do!"
Assisted by their large bridal party of 11 bridesmaids and 9 groomsmen, Kelly and Nick made their love story official in downtown Greenville. After getting ready, they had an emotional first look by the Reedy River, and then gathered with their loved ones in the romantic courtyard at Larkin's to exchange vows.
A Joyful Reception
Once the vows had been exchanged and portraits had been taken, Kelly and Nick met their guests for a rousing reception at Larkin's.
They dazzled the attendees with some fancy footwork in their first dance. Mallori Ma, their wedding photographer recalls, "Kelly and Nick mentioned they had taken a dance lesson in preparation for their first dance. Literally one lesson they said! These two are so good because it turned out awesome and even ended with a dip!"
Dinner and dancing followed their big entrance, and guests were treated to cake from Kathy and Company before Kelly and Nick ended the night with a gorgeous exit.
